Learn how to use and maintain your yard and garden tools.
Description
Much of gardening is manual labor. Learn how tools help to lesson the ‘work’. In this workshop, you will learn to use garden tools safely and efficiently in your garden. You will also learn about the care and maintenance of tools. Finally, you’ll hear about new electric tools to make tough jobs easier.
Instructor: Don Smith is a Master Gardener with the Mower County Extension in Austin, MN. He is also Chair of the Minnesota State Horticultural Society Board of Directors and participates in both of our community outreach programs.
